For a high end store this app hasn’t really invested in the customer experience at all. It never works smoothly … gets stuck, auto exits the search on its own, has too many bugs that do t let you seamlessly move across the wishlist and I just lose the will to shop on the app. I can’t believe the company hasn’t bothered to fix this!!!

I’ve been using SFA app for a long while but don't like it recently bc when you shop thru the app it’s taking so long to select a designer/size/gender, etc. from filter line. Wasting more time compare to Bergdorf’s or Neiman Marcus’s app.

The app does not function properly, constantly misapplies my filters, resets on its own, and takes me back to the main screen—thereby causing me to lose my search. It is a waste of time to attempt to use it. I use both apps (Saks and Saks Off the 5th) and I only have issues with this one. I love Saks, but this app needs a major overhaul. I will be deleting it, so I can use the website instead.

Never works correctly. Bugs galore, nonstop page skipping, takes forever to get an item added to favorites, etc.

Why you cannot fix your app??? It is very slow! So annoying to use it.

This is the worst app. The page never loads and in the rare instance that it does it doesn’t go beyond a few items.

I like using the app rather than the website but there’s a lot of lag and latency when trying to look at an item or even applying promo codes takes forever to load.

I stay current with the latest updates and still this app never works for me. I constantly have to close it and re open it. It just freezes and stops working. Might not be compatible with the iphone13

The app is slow to use. None of other high-end apps work that SLOW. A bunch of software glitches, you have to update the app every week, sometimes even days. Saks will definitely need to get better developers. Maybe those who develop apps for Macy’s or Nordstrom? The app is unusable, so eventually you will switch to a laptop and go directly via web. Terrible user experience
