Makes it difficult to shop on app

The app continues to glitch and crash and makes it so frustrating that often I’d rather go pay full price on the Nordstrom app then try to navigate this app for a deal.
Worst app ever

App constantly tries to take me to a new page when I haven’t even clicked anything. I will be scrolling along, looking at items I’m interested in and all of a sudden the page is loading to take me…somewhere else. And then when I try to click back, I get taken all the wayyyy back to the very first item I was looking at. So frustrating. Especially when I’m spending thousands of dollars at your online store. Forever 21 has a better app experience than this. How is that even possible? Get it together, Saks.

This app is the worse app I’ve been on in a long time. The app does nothing but crash and continuously buffer. I would say it works correctly like .5 out of 10 times. Please fix this asap. So annoying!
Super slow and laggy

I love shopping on the app but it desperately needs to be fixed. Its been super slow for over a year. Im using a IPhone 13 and the app is still slow. Please fix the app!
Can’t unsub from annoying emails

For some weird reason saks does not want to leave you alone, 5-6 emails every single day, with non working unsub option in the app nor on the internet. I had to setup my mail to send all emails from saks to junk folder which makes shopping emails to get there too…. I regret to signup to this porly designed online experience.

I love Saks but I cannot shop here Bc your app and website move soooo slow. I have no problems with speed on net-a-porter’s app, or any other online retailer...just Saks. Please improve your speed - app and website. Please! And constantly crashes.
