This app upgrade cycle is a total disaster doesn’t even work I have spent 90 minutes trying to place an order that used to take less than five minutes what on earth were you thinking? This app is a total fail now. This is so stupid I can’t even comprehend it. Whoever redesigned this should be fired.

This new version of the app takes like 10 seconds to add anything to the cart, the old version never had this issue.

A real farce, since on the website there is a link for accessibility. One can no longer scroll through the cart; items just jump from top to bottom without being able to flick through individually as before. Both on the website and in the app. No longer can get through the checkout process. You don’t know if anything has been saved, and don’t know what it means hearing that left arrow, right arrow, is disabled or enabled; there suggested check boxes, and no longer can save in individual sections. You have ruined what used to be a good app.

The old app at least worked. This new one is Ridiculous and horrible! No way to select a delivery time that is different from what comes up. Looked at seven consecutive days and the only 4 hour selection given was 7am to 11am. No way that’s correct. And the selections of foods I made came up differently when I reviewed my order before checking out. Basically I used to really like the app before they screwed it up with a new one. They another issue is the customer service phone number. 37 minutes on hold and the person who finally answered was unable to do anything! Screamingly frustrated and useless! Thanks Safeway for screwing up a good idea. Bring back the old app!!!

First of all, I love the service and have never had a problem with it. The app, however used to have glitches, but the new version is really difficult to use at...AND still has glitches

This app is not even fully functioning, it’s an embarrassing redesign that needs huge improvements. I won’t be ordering much online anymore at all, so frustrating and annoying.

I've been using this app for a few years now to order my grocery delivery. It works very well and I haven't had any issues yet.

I use the app once a week to do my shopping. The new version doesn't allow you to add all - you have to add each item individually. It doesn't go back to same spot in your history list when you search for other items and come back to continue shopping. I was going to say editing is now easier, but it's been out of service for a few hours so I'm not if any of my changes were saved. I miss how much easier and faster it was to shop last with the old app. Its quicker to drive and shop at my neighborhood raleys.

I like to shop by history with items sorted by category. But now you have to click on each category, or "aisle," as you go. Ugh! Too much clicking around. Why did you change this? Makes no sense.

Swipe to delete from your history: yay. But: if you use it, it closes the category you're in and scrolls away from it. Makes the feature unusable. Shop by last order: useful. But it would be a lot more useful to also have an option to show all the things I ordered in the last month. Huge goof: shop by history with 30 categories where you have to open each one. Very very annoying. Please give me an "open all" button. Huge goof 2: Alphabetical ordering of categories. Do you organize stores that way? Does anyone organize their kitchen that way? This forced me to pace back and forth between refrigerator, canned goods, boxes, freezer, opening the fridge many times. Please go back to the previous ordering. These are not big things to fix. Please don't wait months to fix them.
