App crashing - support not willing to fix

I’ve been dealing with the app crashing for over a month now. I’ve been in contact with support with zero care into trying to find a solution as to why the app won’t open anymore after I tried to make a purchase through the app. I’ve updated IOS, uninstalled and reinstalled, updated the app, turned my phone off and on again, cleared the cache and literally NOTHING has fixed the app. And after trying to once again, reach out about the issue, they closed my support ticket saying it has been “solved” when I still CANNOT OPEN THE APP. I’m so disappointed in the support team and feel like I’ve had to resort to writing a terrible review at this point to get someone’s attention because there has been such a lack of care on trying to fix this issue.

It’s a fun game to play … when it works. Mine has been locking up almost constantly after a recent update. The timer continues while it’s locked up. ? It ruins the game and needs to get fixed!!
Awesome Game. Have been playing it for s couple of years and it doesn't get old.

11/23/2021 - last update rendered the game unplayable. It opens but you cannot click on matches. Tried restarting both phones and deleting and reinstalling and same problem. 10/24/17- the latest update still doesn’t correct the problems with Team Play. When there is a draw you are supposed to get the amount of chips wagered returned to you. Still doesn’t work. Why is it so hard to fix this?? Highly addictive and worth the price for the full version. 4/22/17 - Latest update is awful. I have been playing this for 4 years now and this update has basically ruined the game. The tiles don't flow anymore. Word count has disappeared from one on one play. Disappointed!

I used to love this game. I have the paid version. It no longer works at all. I have created several other accounts and they all stop working after a few games. I have been contacting tech support for the past month (Hi Nash, Zeke, Malcolm and others) but it still doesn’t work.

Yesterday my username and history all disappeared and now I am “Guest*****”. I don’t remember my user name but it was my last name and I think a few numbers. I didn’t need to know because I was already logged in. I want my user name back!
Good game, but ads are way too long

The game is pretty good and the random matchup system works well to find similarly skilled players. But the ads after every single game are too much, and take too long. It takes less time to close and reopen the app than it does to get through an ad. Crazy. Team play is underwhelming, and both team games and events are designed to make you use coins for power ups. I don’t think a puzzle game like this should have power ups, but it’s a minor issue and not available in the regular matches, thankfully. Overall, solid game, best of the boggle-like games I’ve played, but the ads are the biggest problem. I know the devs need to make some money, but these ads just take way too long, some require multiple clicks, each with their own timers, to get past them. ADDED NOTE: Dev’s response to this review says that ads can be passed after 6 seconds, which would be reasonable, but is unfortunately not the truth. Most ads require you to wait roughly six seconds before the double arrows come up to pass it, but then an App Store page for the app being advertised comes up (which you must click “done” on), and then ANOTHER 6 second timer comes up to pass a third page, all for the same ad. Three separate clicks with their own timers for one ad is just ridiculous. Alternatively, I’ve been getting ads where there is a ten-second timer, which doesn’t start right away. I would be thrilled to have ads with a 6 second timer, and would not have complained.

I love the game but continue to experience the game freezing up. I finally had to delete the game and reinstall under new ID causing me to loose history and Ruzzle friends.

How to play Easter bunny or sant claus?

I kinda forgot about this game but just introduced it to my mom (senior citizen) to help her mental stamina. How can she play against Santa Claus or the Easter bunny ?
