I love the events now , the totalizer and tournaments. I wasn’t happy at first with the changes but now I love it .
Cheating in team game is now rampant!!

It's getting increasingly annoying to get to the higher scored third round of a team game and get blown away by the other player who is suddenly using little known words after displaying very little speed or skill in the first two rounds. They should have a report feature so they can fix what us non cheaters are saying. It's getting worse and is ruining a great game.
Advertisement free Ruzzle for $5.99 is a ripoff

I spent $5.99 to play Ruzzle without advertisements. It’s a ripoff, I’m getting more ads than before, and, they’re longer.

Ruzzle is a great game. The only way it could be better is if a better company took it from Mag. The app is absolutely terrible. The game freezes and the app force quits; when swiping up it, it causes the phone to freeze for as long as 20 seconds (even after all other apps closed, clearing RAM and a hard phone reset); if you exit the app mid-game, the app resets when you go back, and all game progress is lost (this is new with the past update). The app clogs the CPUs performance so bad that even other apps run slow after swiping up from the bottom and switching (new bug as of the most recent update). Team play is absolutely terrible. If you bet max coins (100) and win, you get your original coins back but only 5 or 10 extra. If you lose, you lose 100 coins. Every opponents' accuracy and creativity is 95%; only the speed varies, and that is inaccurate. Total coins per opponent is out of whac too; I've lost to opponents with total coin payout of <200, but have handily won against opponents with a payout of 225, and all other stars were similar. If the app wants you to lose, you will lose regardless of how well you play. It seems as though the adds take a higher priority than actually fixing these bugs. It's been like this for years. Shame on you, Mag!

Crashes 10 seconds after starting the app. Totally useless on iPhone 7. This started after the latest update. Update Reinstalled the game and problem is gone. My account is also gone and customer support unable to recover it. Unable to recover the account using the Apple ID it was installed with. Problem solved by permanently deleting the game. Another update After sending probably 20 emails back and forth, the support was still totally clueless to reopen my account. Supplied Apple ID, associated email address, date of install, date of purchase the premium version, who I play with, etc. They want to know how many coins, ink and tokens I had. Unfortunately my bookkeeping got lost where I keep that on record and I lost my account.

I have loved this game for years! Recently purchased the iPhone 12 mini and now the top of the screen is cut off so you can’t see the score. Would love it if this could get fixed!

I’ve played for years. I paid to have ads removed. I’ve been playing consistently on one team for ages and enjoying the weekly tournaments to sharpen my skills. I love the short one minute games. Now the weekly tournaments cost coins and I have no interest in the long, single opponent games. The team play has been impacted by the numbers of players leaving Ruzzle. Our team has discussed and decided to disband because none of us are enjoying the game since the last update.
