Works when new. Quickly fades and you need to hire a dealer. It still doesn’t work.
This apps as good as your installer

I install this system if it’s done right it’s a solid app. This app is only as good as your installer if you not have a good network it won’t work well. If done right it works perfectly. Assignment of static ip’s must be don’t and shorten your DHC in your router settings so that you don’t have other devices trying to grab your processors IP that’s the biggest mistake made. If you need better installers RTI has certified deals on their website. I don’t work for RTI FYI
Activate on release not touch

App works well, except activation of buttons need to be on finger release after touch rather than the touch itself. Most 99.99% of apps on phones and desktops do it on release, and there’s a good reason for it.
RTI app loses connection

Have to reboot iPad mini to get RTI app to resume controlling devices. Seems to be worse after IOS 11.4.1.
No Multi Location Support

If you have multiple houses/ locations, you will not be able to use this app. To switch locations, you must go to settings and reconfigure it every time. What a hassle!
