A boxed gas chamber for handicap flatulence and possible, nay probable, fecal wafts. Your eyes water and you beg the driver to open a window... be he might get- too COLD. Plus, he’s smell blind to it and we are all in this together. Why god?! Why did you allow the civil engineers to design a system perfect for forcing Coloradans to soil there britches, God, why?

Don’t even know where to start. 30 minutes getting user name and password to work on laptop and phone. The app seems to be completely different??? Added payment method to computer but doesn’t show up on app. Tried to add payment method to phone but no place to save it. I bought a $3 ticket just to see if I could save payment info. Nope. Why is there a screen for saved payment methods if there’s no way to save the payment? It is saved on line but they don’t talk. Tried reinstalling the app. Nope. I really don’t need this frustration. Clearly there are better ways to get home from the airport.
This app just works

I don't know if all the bad reviews are just plain wrong or if there might be something to them, but all I know is this app makes it completely effortless for me to get around in Denver every time I'm in Denver. I buy a day pass with airport and badabing, I can go anywhere on any bus or train. It's really nice.
I can’t even login

I tried so hard to login. And it keeps telling me my password is wrong or my email address. But it’s correct. I can login just fine on my computer, but that’s no good when you’re going places. Can’t scan my computer.

Purchase tickets on line but couldn’t recover them at the station had to buy tickets at the kiosk

Schedules need to be in the app. Inability to buy a youth and full fare ticket in one transaction is really short sighted, and ends up costing RTD more money in transaction fees.

Can you guys please make sure the drivers know what’s going on? I feel bad because rn I’m on the bus and the bus driver didn’t even know scanning was a thing. I don’t know how else to do it.
Poor way to get people to use public transport

I just moved to Denver, and moved into a place that was 1.5 miles from work. Using this app to catch the bus is basically a $6 a day proposition. So $180 a month… or the equivalent of $2 per mile….
Don’t rely on

This app just got me kicked off public transportation because it didn’t work (Sdk_105 error) and then I couldn’t buy a ticket after or show my wallet. Now I’m late for work. Thanks taxes.
