This app is great!

It saves me a lot of time by getting tickets online instead of waiting in line at the counters. However, it would have been wonderful if it lets me save tickets to my wallet. In that way, I don’t have to log in to the app and show the tickets. It is especially beneficial if you buy monthly passes via this app and it is a bit painful to login twice every day to get your tickets.

Installed it, purchased tickets and used a couple of times, very convenient. I thought it was working fine, then when I was waiting for a bus, I was logged out and just couldn’t log back in. Tried resetting the password but the email didn’t show up on my inbox. Then the bus shows up and I asked the driver if I could jump in while I figured it out, was told no and I had to pay cash, only had a $10.00 and of course didn’t get any change. Still waiting for the email.

Works great for what I need it for.. buying the ticket in my pocket and hopping on the bus or train... other than that I use google maps to find routes...time saver for sure
