When pulling up a mobile ticket, it only displays for 2-5 seconds before the app crashes.

Super easy to use to buy a ticket ahead of time and then activate the ticket when it’s time to use it. Easy to set up account, plan trips, see schedules and system map...all on one user-friendly app.

Would love to see mobile eco pass. iPhones have NFC chips to communicate with your scanners so this shouldn't be difficult to add. This would save me from holding an eco card.

App hasn't opened in a week. I guess it doesn't really matter much when RTD doesn't even have enough drivers to guarantee your bus is going to show up. When it works, it's fine. The only options for purchase are day passes, and you can only purchase them one at a time, because whether you "activate" the purchased pass or not, it will expire at the end of the day. I've had it seem to time out during the purchase, prompting me to purchase another pass, only to find out the first purchase was successful — $5.20 gone. When the app stopped working for me, it was in the middle of the day, well after I purchased a day pass and used it to get to work. Didn't know there was a problem until the transit cops checked my ticket on the train home. The app stayed on the red RTD splash screen as the cops stood and stared at me for two stops. Thankfully they eventually accepted my email receipt as proof of my purchase, because what's the other option? I get a fare evasion ticket because the official app is garbage? Not worth the trouble. I immediately went back to using my MyRide fare card, which isn't without its own serious flaws. The basic lesson? Use it if it will open, I guess, but always carry enough cash to get you where you're going, no matter how you chose to pay your initial fare. And if being on time is important, start planning to get to you destinations half an hour early, just in case the bus you intend to take never shows up. Hopefully the next one will.

This app is totally worthless if the credit card processor fails. Then I’m having to run to a ticket dispenser to use the same credit cards to buy tickets. So I learned a lesson today. But the mobile tickets BEFORE getting to the platform.

When there’s a new version of the app, a scary-looking WARNING dialog is thrown up. This should really just be an informational message. When you choose to update immediately, the app takes you to the iTunes Store, not the App Store. This app should allow you to use Apple Pay, instead of relying on a stored credit card.

I like using the app and it is pretty easy to use. I was hoping that the one way fairs would show up with the update, but they did not.

1. Would b so nice to be able to as CC info and save it BEFORE u have to buy a ticket (check out Uber for that UX enhancement) 2. Apple Wallet! Wassup? U don’t have that capability? Is sore missed
