Just okay, but can’t pay cash

The app has changed recently. Before, I could order with the app and pay at the store. Not anymore. Why offer it as an option if it isn’t an option?

But I am not happy with the amount of coupons uploaded I understand why but we get A TON of coupons in the mail so I had to dig for some. That's disappointing but everything else worked 100%

I am a lover of Romeo’s Subs. So, one day I was placing an order for a sub using the app when I seemingly ran into a bug in the Apps online ordering feature. It kept wanting me to choose something about my Sub that I could not do in the app and it would not let me proceed with the order until I did. I couldn’t figure out how to select what it was asking me to. Seemed like a bug, so please look into that developers. If that was resolved, I would be a frequent user of this app and have no issues at all with it. PS: It gets stuck at the screen right after you choose which sub you want, or in the “style/size” tab. The only thing I can even select on that screen is “add special notes” but I don’t wish to, so I’m ready to continue but when I click continue, it pops up a thing that says “Required! please select style”.

Ever since I ordered Romeo’s I haven’t had any other local pizza. I think it’s about the sauce but either way it’s the best!

Try ordering their deep dish Italiano. It is impossible because of a bug, and you are on able to proceed and choose any toppings or order the pizza at all. This is a very simple app that has one purpose, for ordering pizza, and it doesn’t work.

Tried several times to reset my password, received the link that says “click here” and the link doesn’t work. On a different note I think the pizza is great.

Why won’t you validate my address?

I cannot use your coupons. Your store is not helping. Update your address book. Your pizza is good. This app and your website are literally useless to me, and I have no alternatives since the store is so busy fulfilling other orders.

Of their sauce! It’s secret sauce fantastic!! Only complaint is that the online app won’t accept my credit card. Easy fix, we just choose cash but pay with credit card when picking up.
