App couldn’t find my address
Not so sleepy girl anymore
The app said google maps could not locate my address. I kept trying to pick delivery but wouldn’t work. I had to search for the store using my current location, which is my home, but I could only do a carry out order. Romeo’s pizza tastes great and was worth doing carry out since we couldn’t do delivery, but I am not thrilled with the app at the moment.
Unable to create an account

Running into an error on the app where in trying to create an account, the app says Invalid Address on Google maps. It’s a valid address, I live there.
App can’t find address

Tried creating profile, app says google maps can’t locate. Went to google maps, put in address, there I was. Tried creating profile again, same issue. Even tried as a guest. I’m sure this is a good app, but for me it’s absolutely worthless.

I have used the apps for Pizza Hut(worst app), Papa Johns(ok app), Pizza Fire(great app). It’s clear that some are better than others. The Romeos app is the best so far and the food is great!

What system are you using to read the user input? Using Google Maps shows my house. I even copied and pasted the address and my house has been here since the 80s. The address has NEVER changed and yet more people receive this error. This is disgraceful and nothing seems to have been done about it. You guys were one of 2 places around me to do TRUE Chicago deep dish, not Detroit's version. I guess now I have only one.
Can’t complete an order
Few flaws?
When choosing Time of order, Now or Future, the app stops working. Been happening for weeks. So have not ordered Romeos for weeks. Lost business. Just tried again- deleted/reloaded app didn’t help.
Don’t change your address.....app won’t work

I used this app all of the time. Stopped working when I moved. I tried deleting the old and adding the new...still won’t work
Google mapping issue

Love it! However have 2 improvement ideas...
Meeting planner
I love using the app but a couple of improvements that could be made are: 1. Including the confirmed time of the delivery on the confirmation email. It only tells you what time the order was placed. 2. Have the actual tip amount populated on the written receipt. If you add a tip online it does not populate on the physical receipt you are asked to sign but does list the total amount with tip at the bottom, which makes it seem like you didn’t tip and could cause duplicate tipping. Thanks.
