Issue have gone unresolved

Love not needing to call. There should be a better selection of coupons available inside the app. Romeo’s sends TONS of coupons every day and then they only put a few in the app. Also, why isn’t a pepperoni pizza one of the default selection inside the menu? Anyway, those items may or not be policies that the app designers had anything to do with. So needs content improvement, not interface improvement. I’ll continue to use it. Editing my previous review starting here: A major issue has not been resolved even after deleting the app and reinstalling. Once I’m to the point when it asks me if I would like the order ‘now’ or in the ‘future’ it starts thinking and doesn’t stop. We order Romeos a lot. Love their pizza but have to go another route every time we don’t want to place an order that was the same as the last one. This has cost them at least 10 orders in the last 6 months. Get this fixed! It’s like you have no one monitoring these things. Romeo’s should be pushing for more app orders since, with an app order, they have no chance of an unhappy customer who waits for their local restaurant to finally pick up after 15 rings just to get someone to say “thank you for choosing Romeo’s... will you please hold”. Arrggggghh fix this app. You can’t just pay one time for app development and then forget about it. Took a star off.

Seems to not want to remember my credit card and I can't order sandwiches from the app. Other than these two issues, it does what it's supposed to.

Can’t even log in with the new update

The only things that it needs are an option to pay cash at the store instead of credit card and to give you a pickup time for your order. Sometimes I just guess that it will be 15-20 mins and I get there and have to wait 10 mins longer. I would like it to have an exact time when the order will be ready so there is no guessing involved.

With the newest update I now have to input my credit card information even though my credit card is already saved. Needs to be fixed

My app doesn’t work more often that it works. I have had to remake my exact same login a couple times already and it usually won’t let me even order. The times it has worked and I started making “points” they are all lost the next time I can’t logon and have to once again recreate the exact same account (with same email address and password). You would think that they would want less phone congestion (takes 1/2 hour just to place an order on the phone sometimes). Plus you don’t get any points while ordering on the phone. If my children didn’t love their pizza so much I would simply go elsewhere.... fix your app people

I would give it zero stars, if possible. I have tried downloading & using the app on multiple occasions. It never works. I haven’t been able to place a single order via the app once. It freezes & times out or I get navigation errors. You name it. I’ve tried w an account & guest user. Makes NO difference either. Total waste of time. Really need to get your act together - so much easier to order from someone else when your tech isn’t working.

I love ordering online but the app either freezes, closes out, or plain old doesn’t work. Today I tried to order and it claimed my address isn’t in the delivery area, even though I’ve had delivery from this location dozens of times. And when I ordered from the web (not the app) it had no problem with my address. The mobile site really really stinks too though...but if you want to earn rewards that’s how you have to do it.
