Pizza good. App not so much

Connection kept dropping. Order would go through, but no confirmation regarding pick up time. Didn’t even get an email confirmation

Easily the most difficult pizza app I’ve used. Needs a complete overhaul.


Broken with latest update

Previous review: Update listed as changes to the UI broke the app. Now when you click on the location to order from it just spins and never completes. Also while you are fixing that there should be a time the order will be ready like there is on the web site ordering. Nothing worse than going to pickup an order and finding out they are 40 minutes behind. Latest update: App still will not go past clicking on location for guest order. Have to crash out of the app. Glad you say you fixed the BOGO issue but it is still useless since you can’t complete an order. 05/03/19 update: we’ll still not fixed. Click on location to do pickup order and just spins. Guess they aren’t working on the app.

Just call for your order. Can’t pick your desired location. Makes you jump through hoops to see the menu.

1. Cannot find anywhere my total points. If not on the app, where? 2. Before installing app, previously signed up for email updates. Now I have the app, want to create account, but won’t let me use my email as that address has been used. Had to use an old, throw-away email address to enroll. Even tried “update email” within app w/o success.


No Readiness Confirmation

Have used the app a few times now and not once have I been told how long my pizza will take. First couple times I never even received an email and had to call the store. This time I received a confirmation email but zero mention of pick up time. Not very convenient.


Please fix stored credit card bug!

This is a great app and we use it frequently. Lately though, the payment option has a bug. When you try to select a stored credit card, it gives and error and says you have to select a payment option. You have to re-enter a new card every time. Edit: this bug has still not been fixed.

The app itself is easy to order from. The problem is that it never tells you on the app or in the confirmation email what time your order is ready!!

Sometimes I get a confirmation email and sometimes I don’t. When I don’t get an email the only way I know is by checking my bank account to see if it were charged. In the app it doesn’t show your order history or tell you the estimated delivery time. If I have to call the store to inquire if my order was received I might as well call the store to begin when I order with which I prefer not to do.


No order confirmation or pickup time.

How do you even know if the order was placed or when to pick it up? We had to call to verify our order which negated the whole point of using the app.
