please fix citadel vault

unable to get tear stones from citadel vault due to some tech issue, please fix soon!

Cannot “connect to internet” even though I have unlimited data and am allowing the app to use said data, I cannot collect from the citadel or access events. I’d really like to make progress, but stop caring when I find I am unable to you know, play the game. All in all, pretty glitchy.

An enjoyable game, but it honestly just feels like I’m farming for tear stones and soul crystals. And the game is incredibly glitchy. I have a notification on my citadel telling me to “Collect” that won’t go away, no matter how many times I click it. I don’t get my hourly tear stones. There are no events, it just keeps telling me to check my internet connection... I’d try deleting and redownloading, but I’m afraid I’d lose all my progress.

Edit: 3/24/18 There are two bugs I’ve experienced that need fixed to get back to 5 stars. Bug 1: when I go to run, it focuses on the background, it makes my unicorn run up to like 1000 and then it “crashes” but I don’t see any of it. When it switches to the second one, I can see and control it. Bug 2: I can’t collect the citadel build up so it always gives me a notification, which is really annoying. Please fix!!! __________________________________________________ I was looking for a good time wasting game that I didn’t have to pay for a bunch of things and I found it. I didn’t think I would like this game very much but I can’t stop playing. It’s super addicting.

Lots of bugs. For one it won't let me collect my tear stones from the citadel. It also is very easy to die without actually touching something and it's sometimes doesn't let you dash twice in a row. The events screen also doesn't work. It's a good game, but needs lots of improvement.

No events showing. No leaderboards showing. Also the collect button is constantly wanting to be click with no remedy for it. Can I please get a response on when or how I can fix this? Thank you!

I initially enjoyed playing the game, but the events never worked for me. All I get from raids now are 20-200 tear stones and the Citadel tells me to collect tear stones, but won’t give them to me.

Want to like the game but glitchy

It’s a fun game but way too glitchy. Events never show up and I get a message I’m not connected to the internet but I am. Even more frustrating is I can’t collect tears from the citadel. Basically you press collect and nothing happens, it just pops up to collect again when you leave and go back.
