Good app and secure way of storing all your pssw but still has work to make it more intuitive and easier to use

Robo form works good on my desktop but it doesn’t work good on my phone or my MacBook Air. I am sorry that I upgraded I was happier with the free version. You can’t get a live person to help with this- it’s only chats.

I have used RoboForm for many years and it was great. However, this newest version is terrible! It continually malfunctions and does not record the passwords of new logins. Many times I have to look up the login and password and enter them manually. The performance is marginal now.

RoboForm does not work on iPhone

I have used RoboForm for years on my computers. It does not work for me at all on my iPhone.

Absolutely love RoboForm. Been a subscriber for five or six years now. However, this last major update I absolutely hate. All the silly icons. The worst thing is now it takes two steps just to go back or forward a page in the browser. Please stop changing an already perfect app. It used to be a five star now its a four star.

This is my everyday password manager. So secure and always ready on every device.

The mobile browser update is horrible. Who is the genius who decided to hide the navigation buttons? I’ve been using RoboForm for years but now it doesn’t work with many websites - I end up having to manually cut and paste. Might as well use a Word document like my gf does.

They listened about not having a back feature in the browser and now it’s there with the latest release. This is the best password and more manager I have come across Ed and recommend it to all.
