This application does not show real buses coming, late or cancelled services, but only the printed bus scheduled displayed in the map, pretending is a real time. Fake application.

The new version is much harder to effectively use. It’s tough to just put in a Stop ID or quickly look up what buses are arriving soon. The directions (compared to putting in end location) makes the system tough also. Would be great for them to review this system. It was a decent app before - and has become much more difficult to use

You will want to decimate local government after just a few weeks using Ride On, and it’s app.

The menu disappears and there’s no back button, causing you to restart the app. You can no longer see next buses based on their “from” and “to” destinations (e.g., Silver Spring to Takoma). Instead you’re magically supposed to know whether a specific route is heading east to north; south to north; etc.). Great if you have routes memorized but good luck if you’re new to an area.

The newly-designed app was working fine until about two weeks ago (early Jan 2018) when I no longer received any more real time location signals from any buses. This has been the case now for two weeks. I am only able to see scheduled times. Buses seem to have their transponders turned on, so is this an app issue?

It’s almost impossible to tell when (and some days, IF) the bus is coming without the real-time trackers. Please fix this!

Never can trust this app to tell me when a bus is coming. Real-time is a joke. If you are going to offer real time location do it right. Very frustrating to use.

Maybe it's a use I live in the suburbs where it's more accurate and predictable but this app is only off by like one minute at times. I always check before I head out so I don't waste time waiting
