The times listed bear no resemblance to the actual location or arrival of the bus. I’ve been trying to use this app for my commute for a month and I’ve missed more busses than I’ve caught. Don’t rely on the information given by the app under any circumstances.
The schedule is way off

The buses are never on time according to the schedule. It’s supposed to be real time but the buses are often 10-20 minutes later than when they’re supposed to be. Currently waiting for the 55... none in sight. Very frustrating. This is why traffic is so bad... because public transportation is so unreliable.

Hard to believe somebody paid to develop this. The Virginia ones are much better.

The times are never accurate anymore. The real-time buses are not real. This app is basically useless now.

The Ride On app is Maryland Government in your face and personal. It doesn’t work and the transportation system leadership doesn’t care. Curious why Virginia leads in local job growth? What induced Amazon to relocate there? Use the Ride On app and experience what a bloated, self-satisfied and non-performing local government can’t do.

1. You can't even find your bus route. They are sorted in RANDOM order, so you have to look through every one of them 2. The route doesn't tell you which direction it's referring to (North -> South or vice versa), making it useless half the time 3. You can't even choose the station to see the arrival times. It guesses a station that's close to you, and if it's wrong, you have to manually zoom in and try to click on the microscopic icons

I wish I could give this app 0 stars. This app is wrong 90% of the time. Google Maps is better than this app. What makes it worse is that I don’t really know which app to use so I wait outside for the bus so I don’t miss it. This afternoon I was outside for 30 minutes in 95F (feels like 105F) because the app said the bus was only 10 minutes away. I almost passed out because it was so hot outside.
Pathetic, useless, using the sun angle is more accurate
