Terrible customer service even if I paid a premium to get 24/7 assistance. All they've tried to do is trying to blame someone else instead of solving my problem that they created in the first place. I strongly suggest to rely on other opinions.

Revolut has a great idea, but a lot of growing left to do. I look forward to three years from now when it’s a bit more mature and has figured out how it wants to operate. It does some things very well, but its service can be nightmarish, with multiple staff working out of sync with you at the same time. Do not use this as a primary account for anything - it is probably best done as a cheap and convenient debit card complement to a real bank.

App works just like the Revolut card, effective and simple. No highbrow features, but who wants those in a mobile app anyway?

Latest iOS beta. USA customer in the queue waiting to start using revolut, but the app now crashes as soon as I enter my pin

Currently on the waitlist for Revolut in the US. Upgrade to the latest version and the app crashes on start. Supposedly there is the new capability of bumping yourself up the waitlist by promoting the app, but haven’t been able to use it since I have not been able to use the app!!!
