Please add more parameters for price alerts. Currently you can only say lower than. It would be good if we had the option to use “higher than” as well. Also let us customize the bottom bar a bit, I would rather have price alerts there than analytics for example, or rates.

I’ve been #707 on the list with “37,204 behind you” for several months now. It seems the only way to get bumped up in the list is to convince a friend of mine to also join. It’s unfortunate that this is the only way to move up in the list. I was even trying to sign up for the premium service and pay monthly but apparently not without convincing someone else to join? So disappointing!!

US citizens stay away!

They show a rocket ship promising they are coming soon the the Unites States. I signed up 6 months ago and they are impossible to get in contact with. Only way to communicate with them is with the app, but the major issue is the app doesn’t work yet for US citizens unless you invite other people to join and sign up for app. No email address no phone contact. This company took all the personal information a bank needs to take and then refuses to communicate. I understand US banking regulations are exhaustive and vary state to state, but they stated their goal Q1 of 2018 for their launch. I signed up at the start of the new year and it’s now June! Can’t even cancel account with them because of lack of communication on their end.

I am a premium member, until now everything was okay. A live agent asked me to Log Out in order to see an information appear on my account and I did it... I could not regret it more. THERE IS NO LOG IN OPTION. Just "create your account" or "did you change your phone number". I have been trying to speak to a Live agent for days but they message me 16 hours later and keep on asking the same questions without reading my former answers. What is the point of paying a subscription if you cannot speak to anyone when you need it the most ? AND apparently many people had the same problem so you may want to tell your Live Agents to stop telling people to Log out before you fix this problem on your app.

I was in Italy and I needed to withdraw cash. I realize I don’t have a bank account with euros. Luckily I go to the app, switch my pounds to euros, and I withdraw from a bank at no charge. Wonderful. I just wish they had more coverage for asian countries. But I’m sure it’ll happen eventually.
