I enjoy this app because it gives a great overview of important stories for the day. They save you the time and task of filtering or yourself. I also like Reuters in general because they mostly just report news (novel idea) and let you make your own decisions. Nice app.

The best news app for mobile devices...ever

I think this is the first time I’ve ever given anything, much less an app, five stars. But this app (along with the Apple TV version) deserves it. The app dynamically generates a program of high-quality news from a world-wide staff of professional journalists. You select the length and it intelligently packages up a playlist of current news. It’s ad-supported but this app is what every ad-supported app should be. Login is unnecessary and the ads are businesspeople-focused. You might dislike the Fortune 50 who advertise here but it’s not intrusive. Spend 15 minutes of your workout or 30 minutes on the large screen and you’ll be far better informed than any social media site can hope to do.

It really is unbelievably unbiased I usually read 3-5 news articles a day to get a good assumption of what the actual news is but a friend recommended this to me and at first I still did check my resources and to my surprise all of those articles proved to be correct so it’s a great news app but you should also get the original app to it’s just called Reuters

There is no better app than this one, if you want to get a quick, concise update of what is going on in the US and the rest of the World (i.e., it's not all about Washington politics...!!!). The app shows 1-2 minute video clips of important news items and it is continuously bring updated. The videos come with subtitles that allow you to read the news of you are unable to listen to audio portion. You can also set the app to provide anywhere from 10-30 minutes worth of news, allowing the use to match how much time they have available at the moment. You will not be disappointed...!!!

I like not being in the mainstream media and just getting the news with no bias. I just want to get the facts and not just a commentators opinion on the issue. I do the 15 minute catch up every morning and I love how it is always updating their feed! All around great app! I like the new update

I think this is one of the best news apps. You can adjust the amount of time you want to listen to the news and the amount of news you get in each segment is very thorough.
