Tried to link through my laptop to change a reservation and it wouldn't let me do it. Had to use the phone app to try to change the date of the reservation but it would only let me go out one week, so again I couldn't do it. I've used OpenTable and I use Yelp to book all the time. They're easy. I'm not going to book restaurants using this app, I'll take my business to restaurants where it's so much easier to make a reservation.

Limited restaurants and availability. Not in enough cities of you travel. Requires way too much personal information. Most of the restaurants in LA are on Opentable with more selection. Not worth it.

I used this app yesterday, I didn't realize that I was actually paying a cover for the table! I sympathize with restaurants and the issue of no-shows and I'm willing to provide a credit card and pay a fee if I don't show up but I shouldn't have to pay just to sit down. As a practical matter I STRONGLY recommend you cross-reference the results on here with Opentable when there's a fee involved. Often times you can find the exact same time available on OT for FREE. If you live in LA don't bother with this, save the $10-25 and buy a couple drinks instead of pissing it away on a ridiculous cover charge.
This APP is a sh*t show. Choose any other reservation app like Opentable

Extremely buggy app. Main reservation is delayed and often ends in a recursive loop where you're unable to make any reservations. This has happened every time I've attempted to make reservations at high in demand restaurants. I've lost reservations because the system doesn't have a timer feature to hold your reservation while you choose times or enter a credit card. Restaurant search function is limited. Some parameters such as dates haven't been adjusted for some restaurants that have a 3 month advance booking system. You can only book for the current week. Another helpful function that is missing is the ability to favorite restaurants. Choose anything else but this App Or call the restaurant directly if they're using Resy.

Used Resy to make a reservation for 2 at 7:15 and was told my table would be "ready soon" at 7:52. Left and ate somewhere else.
