I am somewhat new to your site, but cannot seem to find my way to accessing any menus. What am I missing?

Resy will get you your reservation, but it begins with assumptions that have to be undone before you can make the reservation you really want. It assumes that you’re looking for a nearby location, that you’re looking for the next mealtime (or at least for today), that you are a party of two. And navigating to the screens where you can correct these assumptions is not obvious. The words “captions,” even "devious,” come to mind. In my experience with Resy’s major competitor, there is an option to search for the restaurant I want and fill in the details of my reservation. A location-based app can be nice, especially in an unfamiliar city looking for a meal on the go, but it should not be the only option.

Doesn’t allow me to reset parameters for reservations easily. It awful. Rezy please just copy open table app. It’s way better.

This app makes you think you have multiple reservations upcoming because it has always has a badge with a number floating over the My Reservations tab. So, of course you click into it only to see that even if you have no upcoming reservations, the badge still remains. The only way to clear the badge is by being forced to waste MORE of your time clicking through the idiotic rating workflow (these ratings are as good as Yelp’s - created by uninformed people based on wildly inconsistent criteria, therefore being even worse than useless)

Restaurant is closed on Monday but Resy could not explain that in the app, it just would not accept the reservation.

Not user friendly, at least with my phone. Had a hard time figuring out how to add people to my reservation, how to make for the next day instead of the default same day, and so on. And I am using the dedicated app. Please find a run of the mill undergrad in web design and have them redo the thing so that the fields we need to use for purposes of this app are prominently displayed and not relegated to a microscopic upper band as if putting in actual info for a reservation was an afterthought.
