No ability to review an existing reservation or to modify an existing one

Constantly freezing

Every time I click the search bar the app just freezes.

Resy has my email address entered incorrectly. When I edit it to correct it an email verification is sent to the invalid email address. Therefore I can’t fix the problem because I can’t receive the verification email. How do you fix that?

No notification system?

I got this app so I could get a push notification when I signed up for the notify feature for a restaurant instead of an email (cause I’m not usually checking my email constantly so by the time I do, the reservations gone). But there is no push notifications so you don’t get any kind of notification except on email. I don’t really see the point of the app.

Special requests does not work

While reserving, it asked me to enter special requests. No one in the restaurant was aware of it. It seems like it was either not shared with restaurant or they didn’t care. This should be notified back to the customer whether their special request is accepted or not. Otherwise you have no idea what’s going on.

Can’t alter a reservation for the number of people. You can change it but then there is no way to confirm that. Only the BACK arrow which then reverses any changes one might have made. Counterintuitive.
