I was looking to upload my data reliably and straight to my PC at home with out the need for paying cloud services and this worked perfectly I have since deleted most of my pic from the cloud services and I am using only Resilio for all my photo backup need thanks for making this app it is a life saver.

Offline files aren't up to date if I don't open the app. It would be perfect if the app could do background app refresh.

Works like torrents if your devices are online they will sync and it's pretty fast
Showing its age especially on iPad

Resilio does a great job syncing, and no other apps are really able to automatically selectively sync a set of files without leaving your LAN. But the app is in serious need of some updates. On iPad there is no support for multitasking like split view or slide over, which makes interactions much more cumbersome. And the File provider is very limited, as it cannot be used to view nor download unsynced files; you must leave your app and switch to Resilio first. If Resilio got some love and an update, this would be a much more useful app today!
Has been good for years but all of a sudden says an owner revoked access.

I had been a great reliable system for years but recently has misbehaved a bit. Especially when it says an owner has revoked access on my devices. I didn’t revoke access and others apparently have had the same happen “out of nowhere.”

I have been using Sync to keep my ipad and MB Pro synced. The app works very well: I am maintaining a tree of a little over a million files (~150 GB) without a problem and the syncing is very fast when only a few files have been modified. The only (big, for me) problem is that on the ipad it is not possible to search deeper than the current level. Which, of course, is no search capability at all. The app needs to be integrated with Spotlight asap. Also enabling it for multitasking would be very helpful as well. ps. I will be happy to upgrade my rating to 5* as soon as Sync becomes Spotlight-enabled.
