Sync is amazing. I can’t nitpick something that has saved me so much stress and worked so intuitively for me for years now. Buying a full family license was one of the best app decisions I’ve made. Thanks, Sync, for just making sense in a world of confusion.
Needs update to fix photo previews

Tapping on photos brings up the share menu instead of just showing the photo—please fix and I’ll give 5 stars again. (iOS 13)

Previous version was better. We were able to look at the pics back to back. Now, we have to go one by one to quick view. Not very nice. Interface similiar to iphone photo app would be much better, to look at the pic back to back. When adding photos to folders , select all option would be better too. Slide show can be also good. Automatic syncing would be good too, instead of touching each file one by one. That’s my opinion. Good luck.

But the lack of updates is killing it. It’s been over a year since the last update and iOS 13 introduced numerous problems, including the inability to swipe between files on iOS.

It works well. I use it to keep personal files synced (automatically!) between my home computer and computer at work.
Unstable, data loss

Crashes a lot on iPhone XR. iOS v.latest. Unfortunately has caused a lot of data loss. Needs to be more robust. Constant crashing to home screen isn’t really acceptable. Also, it would be nice to edit basic text documents (txt & md) on mobile. This would allow for a full workflow that spans most situations. I hope this feedback helps!
