i can't say enough nice things about Resilio. it respects macOS metadata, so it's a citizen. Performance is great, functionality is great. Easily one of the most crucial pieces of software I own.

Best way to sync files between devices. Once setup (setup? What setup?), Just put stuff in it and all device have a copy. For example, I have a folder on my PC called Mobile. In it I have sub folder called Travel. In it I have sub folder call 2017 China trip. I put stuff such as itinery, hotel reservation, etc in the folder and all files will be synced to my wife's phone, my phone and my PC. Can't be any easier.
Good way to transfer files & scans between OneDrive & laptop

Finally I have a good and reliable way of transferring my scanned receipts from OneDrive to my PC. My next step is to transfer my photos on OneDrive to my PC using Resilio Sync.
Great alternative to cloud subscriptions

I am enjoying Resilio very much and this app is the icing on the delicious cake. To be able to access and share large, important files any time while not having to take up hard drive space on anything but my PC - that's a game-changer. All of the apps I've used are well developed and well supported.
5 stars easily on any other platform, but requires manual syncing on ios

I use resilio across 1 windows PC, 2 linux PCs, 1 OS X laptop, and my Android phone. It works flawlessly on all of those. However on my iPad for some reason the files are only available within the sync app. In order to synchronize them to other apps, I have to select each file and manually open it in the other app, or the other app won't update its own version.
Lacking some key features

Won't allow creation of encrypted shares/no way to get the encrypted share key. Basic file management functionality is missing: notably the ability to move files between folders within a share. Otherwise works well enough.
