This was not too bad for an app, but with the upgrade to iOS 13 it is practically useless. Closes on its own, does not load half the pages, fuzzy and can’t read. Since we pay for this service you should get it up to date with the new operating system on iPads. Now it stinks.
Agree App is constantly freezing now

Agree the app which had been very good is now (Dec 2019) freezing up all the time. Both the print version & the digital version have different strengths and weaknesses. If RGJ is not committed to correcting this problem please let us know so we can delete it.
Won’t connect to internet

Recently, the app returns a response that the iPad is not connected to the internet (it is). Have deleted, downloaded and reinstalled..that worked once...today same thing, won’t connect to internet.
Very Unreliable and Poorly Designed

Lately this app has been very unreliable and absolutely no help from the local RGJ for support. Plan to cancel my Print Version of the app and possibly cancel all subscriptions for RGJ services. I don’t think they really have the expertise, understanding or desire to help resolve this inadequacy as they are struggling to stay relevant anymore. They have suggested they are working on it for the last month or so?
Fails frequently on iPad 4

This app runs for about 30 seconds, then text begin to disappear, then app ends itself. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it, rebooted iPad, no improvement.

This app used to be very stable, but it has gotten glitchy and either freezes up and closes or removes all the type from the page. I’m using an iPad and it’s very annoying. Have to reopen the app and then hope that it continues to work. Please fix this since I pay for the paper in this format.

Well, that took long enough but RGJ app is fixed now. It no longer closes out when you click on a story on my IPad Pro and I appreciate it. Thanks for the fix.

It would be nice to see you reporting the news without being so one-sided regarding politics. There are two sides, but you wouldn’t know that when reading the Reno Gazette-Journal or USA Today!

The app usually works well, although it sometimes crashes. Also, since updating, the icon says “pnj” instead of “rgj.”
