iPad app used to crash multiple times before downloading the complete issue, and the iPhone app would crash within seconds of opening the app. Since updating I haven't had any problems and the layout and design looks good.

Constantly crashing, unstable, can't finish a single edition of the paper without the app stopping and resetting back to the main page.

I downloaded the app in spite of the negative reviews and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been reading the paper using his app for a week now and I love it. The electronic paper is available about 4:00 am now and I don’t have to wait for delivery. I can read the comics by expanding their size with pinching instead of squinting like I was. I use a double window so when I click on an article it opens fully on a split screen and I don’t have to search for the end of an article in a different part of the section. I have no ink on my hands and best of all, I can download it on my iPad to read later offline. I’ve canceled my print version since I love this so much.

Went through all of the confusing steps to access the e-news, including your use of “password “ for my password. In the process I have even lost my apt. Presently only reading the news on our 2 delivery dates. The e-news worked fine for several years until you started asking for passwords each time I accessed my apt. That’s when things got screwed up. I am no longer interested in receiving the e-news. George Wolf

I am reading it online right now because it’s too early for my delivery but I really do enjoy the print edition along with my coffee.

We have been using the app to get the RGJ while traveling, anywhere. This trip, however, every time we click the daily edition, we are sent to a news feature. The daily paper never comes up. One reason for subscribing to the digital version is to see the entire paper, not just news. Gannet needs to fix this!
