Frustrating Service

I’ve been a loyal customer for this company but I had encounter delayed money delivery twice already. They are asking for $3.99 for express delivery but they are not true to their promise. I had to call their customer service hotline 2x but none of them was able to assist me. Downright waste of time. Better use other money transfer services

Hice el envió con la promo y la cotización es genial con el promo. Después trate de enviar 1000 dolores y me llamaron por motivos de seguridad. Cuando dije que no estaba en Estados Unidos me bloquearon la cuenta y si se regreso todo PERO tengo una transferencia aprobada pendiente que quería seguir monitoreando. Otro problema es que yo vivo en Mexico Y en Arizona US. Pero últimamente eh pasado mas tiempo en Mexico y por esos motivos no puedo ingresar a la app.

Sooooo, remitly locked our account after we verified our account. Last two weeks, the lady said everything was OKAY. We’ve been with remitly since 2012/2013! It was under my husband’s name but I can also access the app since I send to my families in Philippines. Today, they suspended it and worst, we could no longer use it because MY HUSBAND GAVE ME AN ACCESS ON HIS REMITLY. To think, my husband and I have joint account on our bank. WOOOOOOOOW! Boooooooo! ?????? So after hundreds of thousands we sent, they blocked us from using remitly! Good job, Remitly! #remitlysucks #poorcustomerservice #customersince2012/2013 #blockedduetotheirpoorservice
