NEVER AGAIN WITH REMITLY – Remitly: Send Money & Transfer Review

Sooooo, remitly locked our account after we verified our account. Last two weeks, the lady said everything was OKAY. We’ve been with remitly since 2012/2013! It was under my husband’s name but I can also access the app since I send to my families in Philippines. Today, they suspended it and worst, we could no longer use it because MY HUSBAND GAVE ME AN ACCESS ON HIS REMITLY. To think, my husband and I have joint account on our bank. WOOOOOOOOW! Boooooooo! ?????? So after hundreds of thousands we sent, they blocked us from using remitly! Good job, Remitly! #remitlysucks #poorcustomerservice #customersince2012/2013 #blockedduetotheirpoorservice
