Been using this every night for a while now. I need quiet noise to help sleep. I set the sleep timer for 30 minutes and I'm typically out before it goes off. Love the sound options and layout. I only wish you could change the volume for all of the sounds you've selected from a single screen, rather than tapping the sound individually. But I have a preset I use every night anyway.

I use this app at least once a week to help me sleep. I only use a handful of sounds, but there are a lot to choose from so I'm sure there's something for everyone.
