I use this app to help me sleep and block out other noises. It has a good selection of sounds and you can layer them to your taste.

From all the apps of this kind I have tried, this one is the one with most options and great design, however I am still working on adjusting the sounds when I make a mix, and some sounds are not clear or realistic, like I am still struggling with rain and adjusting volumes.
