I have been using the app for almost 6 years. It's been GREAT, however, it's annoying that I used to have a lot more sounds to choose from but now many of them are gone and I have to pay for them if I want them back.

This app helps me relax and reduces anxiety and also helps me fall asleep. It’s more calming than listening to traditional music and I love that I can set a timer so it stops after I’ve fallen asleep.
