It is nice to customize the sounds and experience. I usually use the app to quiet my mind at night as I fall asleep. But then there are times that I need a mindful break during the day to center myself. That is usually when I try new combinations. But my “go to” combos at night feature rain and thunder... it reminds me of laying in bed at my grandparents farm during a summer storm. ?

This is an awesome app to use at bedtime to cancel out those annoying nightly sounds like snoring bedmates, that silence-challenged apartment neighbor, and whatever else decides to make its appearance after the witching hour. I love to close my eyes and pretend I’m sleeping in a tent in the rain, in a train car, or sleeping on a houseboat. You can add a musical touch or keep it natural. There are sounds to make everyone happy whether you are a city kid at heart or country bumpkin. This app was well worth downloading.

For the longest time I’ve had trouble sleeping, even with some sleep medication, I still struggled to sleep, but when I got this app and started putting together certain sounds for nighttime, I began to get a better nights sleep, even more when I add certain sound waves, the ones that don’t need headphones to use, 100% should get if you struggle with sleep

This app is great to help you relax or concentrate. Select and mix the sounds to fit what you want. You can also add music from your library and mix it with sounds. I love it and use it frequently. It helps me get ready for prayer or helps me relax. Update 12/3/17: I am dropping one star because I paid a lifetime subscription in my personal phone (iPhone X) and I wanted to have the same Premium features in my other devices (iPhone 6s and iPad Air), but when I try to restore my purchases it says that no active subscription can be found for my iTunes user. I contacted the Helpdesk and depending on the resolution of this issue I may change my review.
