I’ve got a lot off this app. Everything functions, but the app doesn’t have the used item catalog that you can get on the website. Would be great if it did. If I am mistaken and just can’t find it someone let me know and I will bump it up to 5 stars.
The worst company

After waiting for 3 weeks for one bike I can really say that this is the worst ordering experience I have ever had... just horrible expectations
OK to browse, unable to order through it

First attempt to place an order resulted in “unknown error” during the submit order, great time to crash since that leaves you wondering if the order went through or not (it didn’t). Tried to contact REI through app: email us link takes you form and then guess what? yep the app crashes with a more verbose message which basically also says an unknown error occurred. Tried contacting in app messaging and got an automated response(in app) that I’d get an email back...never did. I let it sit a few days but no updates. Now I tried to follow any of the “add membership to cart links” and app goes to cart and cart indicates it is empty ie no way now to add membership to the app cart. I’m unclear how the app is intended to be useful at this point.
What a mess of an app

Try to find products at my local store, app lists countless items not at my store. Try to check out with Apple Pay, it says Apple Pay isn’t available. Try to check out with PayPal, says PayPal isn’t available. Check out with a Credit Card, order says it was billed to Apple Pay. Just wow. I’m a big fan of REI, but this app is horrible and far below REI’s standards.
