Please, make it work again for iOS 10?

Last 4 iterations won't even open on my 6Plus with iOS 10.3.5. There's no reason for it not to.


Long time Member. I expect better

I’m a long time Rei member who is lucky enough to live close to a store. As such, I’ve never needed to use the app until now. Now that I’m forced to use it, it is just an exercise in frustration and futility. As much as I want to support REI in my small way, shopping at the other online sites is so much easier.


Pretty good— slow to load and scrolling problem

Overall the app works pretty well. It’s easy to find what I’m looking for, categorized well, the filters are very specific which helps narrow things down. The main problem I’ve had is when I click on the description of an item, I’m unable to scroll down, the screen is stuck. I am able to go back though so it isn’t frozen. The only other issue I’ve had is a delay populating the page when I click on an item.

Loving all the UI changes. It’s now easy to search and filter results. Finding what you want is so much more intuitive. Love REI! Wish it didn’t take quite so long to load, but otherwise I couldn’t ask for more.

Can’t delete previous searches

This app is ok for the most part EXCEPT that you can’t delete previous searches. I don’t need to know what I searched for a month ago because it’s no longer relevant.


Address updates

Just a thought; if someone updates their billing address, the app should immediately confirm where the customer wants their package shipped. Those two usually go hand in hand.

Website Sign-In NEVER WORKS!

Geez, I’m tired of not being able to Sign-in & order online! I know my User ID & Password are Correct, so it’s Very Frustrating! I can ONLY phone in my order & then Wait “ON HOLD” anywhere from 15-25 minutes!! Someone needs to FIX your online Website & make it user-friendly! IT IS NOT!!!! Thank you for asking, MaryLou Brose
