I really enjoy this app. Not only almost all receipts are excepted but your rewards add up quickly. This means more rewards. Oh, by the way... they pay well!! Love this app... awesome and easy!

Been using it for half a year now and have redeemed about $15 in Amazon credit. Sometimes the app freezes after snapping receipts. Would also like an option to take multiple pictures of long receipts because they are unreadable and blurry from far away, causing me to lose points, but overall, I have had a very positive and rewarding experience.

ReceiptPal is the best cashback/survey app on my phone! I love earning money just by snapping a picture of a receipt that I would’ve thrown away, especially for gift cards and such. It’s pretty weird that they ask for you email password to access e-receipts. I just have a separate personal email. This set up works well for me. The Amazon account password though? That freaks me out. Overall, ReceiptPal is totally awesome. I recommend it for everyone! ? ? ? ?

Not really a secure app to use. They get access to your full email. I had emailed customer service to deactivate my account, which they did. However, I also asked if this means they will no longer have access to my email. They did not respond back. I sent another email and after a couple of weeks, they replied back that my issue is resolved. How was my question resolved if no one answered? Overall, they are not going to answer questions if it does not favor them. I constantly asked if they will still have access to my email and I would not get a yes or no. With that said, it is probably a yes but they do not want to say it.

I really want to like this app, but I’ve emailed support twice through the Feedback link (12 days ago and then 5 days ago) with no response. The app is not capturing any of my email or Amazon receipts, even though it shows my email/Amazon connected. I buy a LOT of things online and would have had several more receipts over the last 2 weeks if the functionality was working. Please add more support personnel so you can reply to tech support issues within 24-48 hours!

Yeah this is the worst app ..every time I go to send a receipt they always have an excuse ..I sent about 20 receipt and have not gotten paid for any of them .. they saying they a date on receipt and it clearly on there ..I just tired of it.. the one out there is Ibotta hands down .. after I write this review I will be deleting this app....also it doesn’t always send receipts that long .. they say to put on floor and take it . It stupid it should be that you take in sequence
