It takes forever to get coins to be able to get anything. I get a lot of receipts not accepted

It’s weird that a receipt from the same place is rejected when it was accepted and given at least a sweepstake entry at a previous time. Or that it recognizes a receipt from the same store one time but not at another time.

You are supposed to earn “coins” for every receipt you upload based on the amount spent, but I receive coins on only certain ones. I still use the app because eventually I’ll earn something but it seems slow. So far it has been useless.
Takes WAY Too Long to Earn Money!

This app is simple - and it allows you to get free money. The only caveat, is that it takes FOREVER to earn anything. I downloaded this app and started using it. Two weeks later, I downloaded a couple of other apps (apps #2 and #3). On app #2 I have already earned $5 and is almost at $10. On app #3 I have already earned $28.50! On this app, I still have not made it to $5 - despite the fact that I have uploaded a ton of receipts and have used this app for two weeks longer than the others. This is a nice app, but you need to change something to allow users to earn coins faster. I’m on the verge of deleting this app and continuing with the other two; this is starting to feel like a lot of time and effort to earn just $5.

At first when I started using the app it seemed great, but now it seems like all I get is entries and no coins.

How many nick names can I try
I have attempted to get assitance with redeeming points for about a month. I have sent in multiple requests for help and have gotten NO response. There is no 800 number to call to speak to an actual person that I can find and I have points that I can NOT redeem. WTH!!!!
