Great opportunity

I enjoy the app because it's simple to snap receipts. I do think the points awarded are too low for the various dollar amounts. I've earned more than $60 in Amazon credit so that's a plus! I also think there should be other reward options to other vendors. Ex. Starbucks, Target, Walmart, etc. I'll still keep using the app though because I like Amazon! There should also be a notes section to explain when the correct reward are not given. For example when it says oh no it looks like this receipt doesn’t qualify and it really does qualify because it’s a restaurant. Choosing the options from the drop down box isn’t enough explanation. Sometimes the options don’t fit the reason.

App won’t work unless you enable “permit gps always.” If you set it to “only while using app,” the app won’t work.
So worth it!!!!

I love to shop in the first place and then getting rewards for shopping is an easy way for me to continue what I love doing the most; that is shopping!

Takes to long to get coins and you hardly win anything on your spins and it just not worth the effort anymore I’m deleting it from my phone
Half the time I don't get rewarded

I put alot of time and effort into this by putting in all my receipts. Most of the time I don't get awards I'm supposed to like for anything over $100 I'm supposed to get 10 coins, they gave me 1 coin and one entry for a HUGE transaction!! I get alit of "blurry" excuses but my receipts are CLEAR, I make sure, so I get nothing!! Then I get "duplicate receipt" but I'm the only one that puts my receipts in, so they are NOT duplicates and I do NOT get any awards. I also get where they'll credit me one time for something but same thing another time I get NOTHING!! I know I'm owed over $500 coins at minimum and 50 spins at minimum but all you get when you write to them is a generic general message every time!! And NO I'll never give them my password to Facebook or my email because there are hackers out there!! And I've noticed that that some receipts I sent them with coupons or points on them to get stuff have been used!!!! So are they using my receipts??!! If y9u try to block out your account numbers or take a coupon off a receipt, they won't accept it, saying it's "not a full receipt"???? We have every right to cross stuff off as long as it could be used by someone else, so I'm gettuit off my receipts for now on and if I don't get the credits I'm supposed to, which I've inquired about 6 times, I plan on getting my gift card then deleting this app because it's not fair to me to take my time and help them and not get what I'm supposed to be awarded!! I'd really like them to give a number to call or text a person because you can't respond to the generic email they send over and over. The gift cards are nice when they actually award you what they're supposed to in order to get them.
What about small businesses?

Should get rewards for any receipts.. not just corporate... small businesses should count as many people go there
Deleting and surveys

I like this app. I wish deleting was much easier. The back and forth is very time consuming. Also, every time I get a survey, it goes away when I click on it. That is starting to get on my nerves. I asked about it and the rep told me that they had enough responses. I had never heard of that in the past. I have gone weeks with a pending survey and it didn’t go away. I know the last survey was new because I was just on the app a few mins ago and, it wasn’t there. A few mins later, it’s there. I click on its gone. There is no way that they got enough responses unless they only needed 5.
