sometimes the customer service is not helpful and wrong about the rewards. It states very plainly that convenience stores that you make gas only purchases at credit you with coins but I’ve had a customer service person tell me otherwise and only reward me with an entry into a drawing. It’s kind of hit and miss with them. Sometimes they do... sometimes they don’t and they wouldn’t escalate my complaint to a supervisor. So... 4-stars because money just for giving up a little bit of privacy, taking pictures of receipts, and basically getting free money.

They refuse numerous receipts for numerous reasons. They do not upload email receipts. It takes forever to earn rewards. I'll stick with Reciept Pal. Much better app.

This app takes time and your chances of winning big are slim to none but after a few months i made 5 bucks and i was just scanning receipts. So worth it.

Recently, i have not been receiving coins for my receipts from HyVee, even though the App states that i should. I am only receiving an entry into the monthly drawing. I mark the receipts incorrect, and they get "corrected" the same way. I have emailed, and received a "we're working on it" response, but nothing further. I emailed again, and never heard a thing. This is a less private attempt to get it resolved, because I'm at my wits end. Would love to give a higher rating, but this has been very frustrating.

If you shop a lot and always have receipts around your house this is a perfect way to turn your receipts into cash at first I honestly didn’t think it wasn’t going to work because most apps that involved real money are pretty sketchy but after I got enough coins and requested my payment my money was in my PayPal account this morning it took three days

I went shopping this weekend at Bealls & Bealls Outlet. I had 5 receipts, 3 from Bealls & 3 from Bealls Outlet. These are different stores & said you could not accept all my receipts. I did not feel this was fair because I spent a lot of money on back to school items this weekend. Could someone please check the receipt more carefully so this doesn’t happen again.

Just wish payouts were a little easier to earn. Verse waiting week at 100 points then only 5 points after. But happy all in all
