I spent money in this game because I thought it was interesting. However, after not being able to reach support through the game, I guess this is all I can do. Bought the epic chest that promises 80 cards with a minimum of 16 rare and 4 epic... I got three cards total. Yes I closed the app and restarted and everything. Did not matter. There seems to be a lot of potential but, I may never know. :(

I’m at a point in the game where the only way to advance in the game is to pay. Where’s the fun in that! I tried to play the “long game” and collect coins, gems, oil but there is never enough time before you’re raided and lose all that you worked for. This leaving you with no choice but to PAY to advance. I’ve accepted this and stopped playing the game altogether. Which is sad because this game is great fun otherwise.

I have been playing this game for over a year now. I have finaly reached the top level status and by gaining more than 5k trophies. I was pushing to get up to 6k trophies. I was half way to 6k trophies. Then I noticed I lost over 500 trophies in a 24 hour period. I wrote an email to customer service. It's been 5 days I didn't get a response from the company. Yes, it's a constant grind if you don't want to buy the best weapons. I grinded for over a year to get to the level that I'm at. It seems like the company is penalizing gamers who don't want to spend money on the platform. Don't play this game. The company cheats you if you don't spend money.
