Game stole 500 trophies from me. – RAID HQ Review

I have been playing this game for over a year now. I have finaly reached the top level status and by gaining more than 5k trophies. I was pushing to get up to 6k trophies. I was half way to 6k trophies. Then I noticed I lost over 500 trophies in a 24 hour period. I wrote an email to customer service. It's been 5 days I didn't get a response from the company. Yes, it's a constant grind if you don't want to buy the best weapons. I grinded for over a year to get to the level that I'm at. It seems like the company is penalizing gamers who don't want to spend money on the platform. Don't play this game. The company cheats you if you don't spend money.
