I’ve absolutely loved QVC since it’s inception...20+ yrs ago....have enjoyed the quality, items, and wonderful staff people I’ve spoken to over the years....thanks for great products....


Changing password

I reset my password and it was accepted. Then it was subsequently accepted & rejected it while attempting to log in and place an order, resulting in being locked out. One of the messages mentioned something about network difficulties. After calling customer service I was informed the only option was to reset the password again. So what should have been a very short process ended up taking 15 to 20 minutes. I hope this difficulty is not repeated next time I use the app.

I am absolutely obsessed with the QVC app because it makes ordering things so simple and enjoyable. You can't go wrong, and the "easy pay" option that allows you to split prices into smaller payments is very efficient. Five stars; hands down.

I recommend adding at the time of checkout if the item is on autopay or non-autopay so that it would eliminate errors if then purchaser wishes not to add that option

We love to watch QVC. I’m particularly engrossed with watching in the kitchen with David. Not so much with the happy dance but when he loves something you wish you could taste it too. We have bought a lot from your company and plan to buy a lot more.


System Issues?

Disappointed in MD900

It took over six hours of continuously trying to process an order today! Experiencing issues such as product descriptions not displaying fully, Easy Pay offered but not honored and a customer service rep telling me that QVC has a power failure when I was still able to view the site and see a live feed! Seems like dishonest and dishonorable practices. Where is the integrity?VERY DISAPPOINTED QVC!!

Error window keeps coming up occasionally when I try to login to the app. Also, when I can login to check my orders, there’s no way of knowing whether it’s been shipped or if a return has been received. As of now, I’m not sure an order I placed last week was processed. Other orders since then have been processed. When I called customer service they wouldn’t or couldn’t check to see what the status was on either issue and just told me the site was down. Not sure whether I should re-order or not and hopefully when I can, it’ll still be in stock. Seems no one knows. In any event, it would be nice to know if my account has been credited from a return.


QVC Has Changed!

Prices have gone way up. I mostly shop at Chicos bc they have better pricing. Sorry QVC ... definitely not value anymore.
