Unless you like getting all the same old liberal and leftist viewpoints from all the same media outlets you already access from every other outlet, then you'll hate this app. It just gives you news blurbs with opinions, not reporting on actual facts. This is one of the worst Fake Newd apps I've seen. Already deleted it.

The news itself isn’t good, and the format they share it in isn’t the best. The whole texting thing they’re trying just isn’t really working out for me. It takes a long time to find an article that you like because they don’t customize what they send you. If you want to get just a little update in the morning of what’s going on, it might take you a while. You might have to go through lots more articles that are short and have a lack of detail. Some people may like it, but I just don’t think that the texting-like format was appropriate for a news app.

Quartz’s app is a great way to catch up on the news throughout the day. One feature request: the ability to change the speed at which new messages are sent in the app to make it easier to read.

I’ve tried using this multiple times now and still don’t understand it! Not only do I not understand it, I’m confused as to how it is so highly rated; what am I missing? First off the design and chat format doesn’t seem useful in anyway for a ‘news’ type app. Quartz has had unique content that I would have been willing to pay for but this type of design seems insulting and of low informational use. Also the political angle shown in the app seems very tiresome (regardless of political view), it seems unnecessary and rather childish. I’m truly not sure what Quartz is aiming for here but as this app is a representation of its brand, it’s disappointing when their usual business type of content was strong and interesting.

They writers portray one sided opinion pieces, not news worthy unless you like smoke and mirrors or social engineering. Not worth the 30 seconds it took to read the hatchet jobs.

Our president is not to blame for everything let’s keep it to the the real news and blame both parties for there faults

The news, in itself seems to be accurate so I have no complaint there. The thing that offends me and caused me to lower my rating is the option to take a 24 hour break from news about President Trump. I consider that to be Trump bashing and because of that, am deleting this app immediately. I continue to seek an unbiased news organization that can report the news without personal or corporate opinion. Not all of your readers are morons who have to be told what to think. Let the reader come to his/her own conclusions.

What a cool way to get a rundown of the day’s current events. Dolphinitely my favorite news app right now.
