Quartz is the best news app to keep me alerted with major events in all categories without being intrusive. The information is brief and straight to the point and doesn’t waste my time with a lot of suppositions, what ifs, and novelistic drama. Great app. I’m glad I decided to try it.

Close but could be better

I love the app, especially how it gets to the meat of a story and cuts out all the fat. For people in a hurry who want to remain informed this app is a must-have. I only wish that I didn’t have to constantly scroll back up to beginning of the article to continue reading it after I’ve clicked the “tell-me-more” button and it’s loaded the remaining text into my phone. It performs too much like a text message app, I would rather have it load the rest of the article but not scroll down to the end of it automatically. Hope that makes sense, the rest of the app is great!
