Crashes when Truro reorder

Thought this app would help save time in ordering families dinner. Went to order history and touched it to try to reorder. Application vanishes as soon as you touch the order. Talk about frustrating.

Where to start? Constantly forgets my credit card Hangs when entering new cc Hangs when you try to send feedback in the app Doesnt automatically ask u if u want to use points when purchasing. U have to manually select a reward first Frequently hangs when it generates a token to pay with a message that the service is unavailable Constantly forces me to relogin to app Argh. Love the food but i cant stand the app so much im simply not going to qdoba anymore. They obviously care so little about their customer experience. Im tolerant of a few issues when an app first releases but this app has been out for over a year. Look at the terrible review scores Bye qdoba. Hope you go bankrupt!

This app is horrible. Navigation is a mess. The lightning animation is so annoying. I hate it. There’s no ability to use the app when qdoba back end is down. Constantly get signed out. No integration with password managers. Trying to redeem a burrito is confusing and not intuitive. Would give give negative stars. Also company doesn’t seem willing to fix or make better. This app was obviously designed by a marketing team. And built by the lowest bidder

App will constantly log you out. Today it didn’t log me out but when I got to the restaurant the app would not let me redeem my points. So I signed out. Now it won’t let me even sign back in.

Just clocks when I enter my email. Deleting this and using the website to enter Claim ID's instead.

This app and the Qdoba rewards process is terrible. The only thing worse is their "Guest Relations" support. Don't waste your time. I'm going back to Chipotle.

Credit card expiration date wrong....

When you put your credit card on file and do the expiration date, as you scroll through the year, what is on the scrolling wheel and what shows in the field is one year off. Kind of hard to get the payment part to work with incorrect expiration dates. Please fix!!!!

Seriously, it can't be that hard to make a super basic ap that operates. It will not log me in.

Whatever genius decided to make this should kick themselves in the crotch!! Why would I constantly need to be logged out with no easy way to log in i.e. Finger print. Lost all of my points when they switched to this platform. Whoever is making the decision needs to man up and start over. This is a TOTAL failure!!!

App is missing some menu items that are in fact in store. Not easy to customize items (i.e. I only want a kids cheese quesadilla, not a drink or a side). Also, every time we've tried to use it, the soonest available pick up time is an hour and 15 minutes out. Driving to the store, ordering, getting my food, driving home, then eating the food takes 40 minutes. I guess this app is useful if I want to eat it as initially designed by Qdoba and can find the time to plan it out an hour and 15 minutes ahead of time. With a toddler in the house, this isn't likely.
