App did not work on day 1, maybe the servers were down? (Creating an account got stuck, trying to reset password didn’t work). Day 2 that worked. But the scale doesn’t recognize me - still identifies me as “guest” so I have to tap on it to pick the correct name each time I’ve used it so far. Maybe because of that, it won’t show the other measurements (%s), only weight.

Take bp every day. Qardio makes it easy and it is accurate. Batteries last a long time, too. Highly recommend!continues to be great and easy to use!

After owning my heart rate monitor for over two years a little piece of plastic broke on the battery cover and just short of using a roll of duct tape to fix it I sent an email to the company. They sent a replacement battery cover for free no questions asked, no hassle after two years of ownership. With that being said, I was quite surprised at their customer service and didn’t expect to get it for free especially after long-term ownership. getting back to the app, it worked through every iOS upgrade, my doctors are pleased with the report I print or e-mail when I go in for my check ups and it couldn’t get much easier to use daily!!
Useless blood pressure cuff

It tries to be smart and just winds up being stupid. Nearly impossible to wake up the device. A simple button on the side of the device to trigger a wake up would work better. The feedback indicator on the device itself seems not to do much. I shouldn't have to fiddle around for ten minutes with it before giving up. I shouldn't have to pull the batteries out to get it to wake up. I'm aggravated by the product before I can use it to take a blood pressure reading, which is exactly what I don't want. I do not recommend this product. UPDATE: Okay Qardio: please explain to me how many different ways there are to pair Bluetooth devices. I still do not recommend this product when the response to a product problem is: you're pairing it wrong. UPDATE: still does not turn on reliably, pairing method is irrelevant. Defective product. Would not recommend.
Terrible setup experience for new users

Had to setup at least 5 times since setup screen often spins (circling, just waiting). Then when finally setup, I had two profiles with my name! Had to reset twice to fix this. No back button on setup. With no profile installed, there’s an old weight measurement with the wrong date. Why? When switch apps to get WiFi password, you need to restart the setup process. Why?? Invited another family member and the send failed, then invited again and it said they were already invited.

I've tried several blood pressure machines and this is the only one that seems to care much about design as well as accuracy. I can easily carry it with me, so I do! And my doctors have confirmed its results. What more can I say!
