The app is simple to use, easy to whip out, and does a nice job of keeping track of your progress in an effectively motivating way. It's a great way to break down your effort toward impressive guns and ultimately achieve the set number of reps you are striving for.

Could better. I would like a count down for when you should start your pull ups again after each cool down.

Has the same workout plan regardless of whether you can start with 1 or 100. Not helpful at all.
