I started the app being able to do 15 pull ups now on week 3 day 3. Hopefully can get over 20 before marine corps boot camp.

Personally, it's one of the best pull-ups app! I was only able to get around 7 pull-ups before and now, after completing the workouts, I'm able to do 20 pull-ups with no problem! Not to mention my back and shoulders are looking fantastic!

Helps me stay on top of it. I really like to use the timer for the "cool down" to add other exercises into the interval. So the timer could help push you do even more with the time. You get a much better all around workout ;)
