Deleted immediately. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Wouldn't let me add my birthday. Couldn't create a profile without it.


Way too difficult

I'm not exactly in the worst shape, but I'm also not in the best shape. I used to be very active, I've gained 10 lbs or so, and I'm looking to get back into shape. I could probably do 1-3 solid pull ups right now. Open this app... And the first day is FIVE sets with the last set of 9 pull ups. The LAST set. Like really? No way I will be able to do that, and if that's day 1, then what else does this app have in store? Deleted.

No help at all unless you can already do 6 sets of pull-ups, even if initial test is set at 1. Deleted.

I think this app works well and definitely gets the jobs done but, the one thing that stopped me from rating this a 5 star was the inability to adjust the rest and work time intervals in the settings.

I finished push up coach and tested at 125 push-ups. I have been looking for a pull up program and can't wait to finish this. I will update when I finish the program.
